  • We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We cannot ship to states that prohibit the importation of vape products.
• Return Policy
  • We offer a 7-day return policy for all vape products that qualifies.
  • To return a product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  • You must also provide us with a valid picture or video of the product that you are returning via e-mail
  • Once we have received the product and reviewed the picture or video, we will issue a refund or exchange.

  • We will only exchange products that are defective or damaged.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment to request an exchange.
  • You must also provide us with a valid picture or video of the product that you are exchanging.
  • Once we have received the product and reviewed the picture or video, we will send you a replacement product.
